About Living Leaders Podcast:

At Living Leaders, we're dedicated to inspiring leadership and excellence. Our podcast brings stories and insights from leaders across various fields. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven intern to join our team and help elevate our podcast to new heights.

 

Position Overview:

This is a 100% remote, unpaid internship offering a unique opportunity to earn a 20% commission on any podcast monetization efforts that you lead and manage. Depending on your university's policies, you may be eligible to receive college credit for this internship. You will be responsible for ensuring all requirements for college credit are met, but we will support you by liaising with your career counselor.

 

Direct Report:

You will report directly to Nicole Bellisle, founder of Living Leaders and host of the Living Leaders podcast.

 

Responsibilities:

• Content Production:

  • Edit podcast episodes from raw recordings to final, polished products.

  • Create engaging short highlight clips and teaser reels for each episode.

  • Generate accurate and insightful show notes and transcripts for new episodes.

• Distribution & SEO:

  • Upload and manage podcast episodes on platforms such as YouTube and BuzzSprout.

  • Enhance online visibility through YouTube SEO, including tagging, keywords, and end screens.

  • Ensure all mentioned resources and programs are linked in the show notes.

• Social Media & Promotion:

  • Strategically promote podcast episodes across various social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram.

• Guest Coordination:

  • Manage recording schedules and logistics with guests, ensuring a smooth recording process.

  • Research guests and topics to create detailed episode briefs for the host.

• Strategic Development:

  • Research and propose innovative strategies for listener growth, engagement, and ratings improvement.

  • Contribute to improving existing and new processes for streamlined recording and post-production.

Compensation:

This is an unpaid position with the opportunity to earn a 20% commission on any podcast monetization that you launch or establish. You’ll receive mentorship directly from our founder Nicole who is an executive educator at Harvard and has worked with thousands of executives and founders around the world in her roles at Leaders on Purpose, Techstars, and Impact Hub.
